A New House

I have not written in so long. The end of the semester is always bad, but then I started a new semester and left things just as bad. I took two classes this semester, plus was in charge of two things in my department (math stuff that no one wants to hear about). Plus, I thought that in the midst of all this that I might like to look for a house. I started and found one the second time that I went out! It was Valentine's Day. I had a Valentine's date with my friend Bridget who is my real estate agent and it all worked out well. I wrote a contract and picked a closing day less than a month ahead. Well, in that month, I had a class for 2 weekends and a trip to Chicago for a conference. Plus the end of the quarter. After little sleep and a lot of worrying...

IT IS SPRING BREAK!! And I close on Monday! I have been in a flurry of paint colors and all that good stuff. My house was just rehabbed, so brand new hard wood floors and a brand new kitchen. I am excited and will love it in about a week when some work has been done. Here are some pictures!
